Retreat Hotels & Resorts developed and opened a 129-key dual-branded Fairfield by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Perry, GA at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter, home to more than one million visitors a year. Custom designed around agrarian themes and equestrian culture, the hotel connects directly to the main conference center via an air-conditioned corridor and features 1824 Kitchen & Bar, a pool and spa, a fitness center, solar panels, and EV charging. Visible from I-75, the hotel has more than 65,000 cars passing daily.

The hotel opened in 2025 and is owned and operated by Retreat Hotels & Resorts.
